FAQ
Questions agencies ask before handing over a project.
Straight answers about confidentiality, communication, timelines and pricing. If yours isn't here, email us or bring it to a call.
White-label & confidentiality
What does white-label actually mean here?
We design and build the website. You present, sell and deliver it as your agency's work. Your client deals with you, and nothing we deliver carries our name.
Will you ever contact our clients?
No, unless you ask us to join a call. All communication goes through you, and we never approach your clients for work.
Will you sign an NDA?
Yes. We can sign your NDA or subcontractor agreement before you share project details.
Working together
How do we communicate during a project?
Sk Moni is your main contact. You get progress updates, a staging link for review, and one place to send feedback, by email or whichever tool your agency prefers.
What time zone do you work in?
The team is based in Bangladesh, so a lot of the building happens while you're offline. Sk Moni is available during US working hours for calls and urgent questions.
What happens on the discovery call?
A relaxed 30-minute conversation about your agency, the kind of work you need help with, and how a partnership could work. No hard sell.
Timelines & capacity
How long does a typical project take?
A five-page WordPress site usually takes about three to four days once the design and content are final. Larger builds are scheduled during scoping. Every timeline depends on scope, approvals and availability.
Can you handle urgent projects?
Often, yes. An urgent five-page WordPress build can sometimes be done in about two days, for up to ~30% extra. Weekend work depends on the situation, so ask early.
How many projects can you take on at once?
Usually five to ten projects at a time, depending on their size. We'll be honest about capacity before you commit to a deadline with your client.
Pricing, scope & care
How are revisions handled?
Revision rounds are agreed during scoping, so you know what's included before work starts. Changes outside the agreed scope are quoted before we do them.
How does pricing work?
Mostly per project, based on pages, functionality, integrations and deadline. There's no mandatory monthly subscription. Maintenance can be ongoing, and retainers are possible when they make sense. We'll share starting prices on a call.
Do you offer ongoing maintenance?
Yes. Updates, backups, fixes and small changes for your clients' sites, all delivered under your agency's name.
Got more work than hands?
Tell us what's in your pipeline. We'll tell you honestly what we can take on, how fast, and how we'd fit in behind your agency.
