How it works
From your brief to delivered, under your name.
A simple, repeatable process. You stay in front of your client the whole time, and nothing reaches them before you have approved it.
- 3–4 days
- Typical five-page WordPress build, once design and content are final
- ~2 days
- Urgent five-page builds, when capacity allows, for up to ~30% extra
- 5–10
- Projects in production at the same time
Every timeline depends on scope, approvals and availability.

Process questions
How the day-to-day works.
The questions agencies ask about communication and revisions. The full list is on the FAQ page.
Didn't see yours?
hello@skmoni.comHow do we communicate during a project?
Sk Moni is your main contact. You get progress updates, a staging link for review, and one place to send feedback, by email or whichever tool your agency prefers.
What time zone do you work in?
The team is based in Bangladesh, so a lot of the building happens while you're offline. Sk Moni is available during US working hours for calls and urgent questions.
How are revisions handled?
Revision rounds are agreed during scoping, so you know what's included before work starts. Changes outside the agreed scope are quoted before we do them.
How long does a typical project take?
A five-page WordPress site usually takes about three to four days once the design and content are final. Larger builds are scheduled during scoping. Every timeline depends on scope, approvals and availability.
Will you ever contact our clients?
No, unless you ask us to join a call. All communication goes through you, and we never approach your clients for work.
Got more work than hands?
Tell us what's in your pipeline. We'll tell you honestly what we can take on, how fast, and how we'd fit in behind your agency.
