Ways to work together

Flexible, without a subscription.

Scale up for a busy month and back down again. Starting prices are shared on a call.

  1. 01

    Per project

Most work is quoted per project, based on pages, functionality, integrations and deadline. No monthly subscription required.

  2. 02

    Ongoing maintenance

Updates, backups, fixes and small changes for your clients' sites, as an ongoing arrangement or per task.

  3. 03

    Retainers

For agencies with a steady flow of work, a retainer is possible when it makes sense for both sides.

  4. 04

    Urgent work

An urgent five-page WordPress build can sometimes be done in ~2 days, for up to ~30% extra.

The partnership, step by step

From brief to delivered, under your name.

Six steps, the same on every project. You always know where your project is, and nothing reaches your client before you've approved it.

  1. Brief received

    Share the brief

Send the designs, sitemap, content and brand rules you have, or just the idea. A short call works too.

  2. Scoped

    Confirm scope & timeline

We agree what's in, what's out, the price and the delivery date before any work starts.

  3. In production

    Production begins

Your project goes to the right specialists: design, WordPress, WooCommerce or custom.

  4. Founder review

    Sk Moni checks the work

Progress updates as we go, and a quality review before anything comes back to you.

  5. Agency review

    You review

Check it on a staging link, send feedback, and we make the revisions agreed in scope.

  6. Delivered

    Delivered under your brand

You hand it over or launch it as your agency's work. Ongoing maintenance is available.

How does pricing work?

Mostly per project, based on pages, functionality, integrations and deadline. There's no mandatory monthly subscription. Maintenance can be ongoing, and retainers are possible when they make sense. We'll share starting prices on a call.

How long does a typical project take?

A five-page WordPress site usually takes about three to four days once the design and content are final. Larger builds are scheduled during scoping. Every timeline depends on scope, approvals and availability.

Can you handle urgent projects?

Often, yes. An urgent five-page WordPress build can sometimes be done in about two days, for up to ~30% extra. Weekend work depends on the situation, so ask early.

How many projects can you take on at once?

Usually five to ten projects at a time, depending on their size. We'll be honest about capacity before you commit to a deadline with your client.

How are revisions handled?

Revision rounds are agreed during scoping, so you know what's included before work starts. Changes outside the agreed scope are quoted before we do them.
